Shopping
How do I become a registered member?
Select my account and click on create a new account. Then proceed by filling the fields on the registration page and select the register box when completed.
How do I buy a product?
Buy a product by adding products to your Shopping Cart. Please note that some items may require you to select preferences such as color or size, before adding them to the cart.
What are my payment options?
You may pay for your order online with our secure checkout process by using any of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel an order by contacting us via telephone at 514-325-2646 or at our toll-free number 1-866-642-9999. If you were unable to change or cancel your order, please refer to our returns policy.
Returns
What is the return policy?
Unused items may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Simply contact us with your details, what item you would like to return and why and whether you would like an exchange for replacement items or refund.
Please note that shipping costs for returned items will not be reimbursed.
Delivery
What is the delivery area?
We currently only ship to Canada and the United-States. Please note that all prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
What are the delivery options?
Two types of shipping options are available, standard and express, both of which have tracking information sent to you when your order ships.
